Mohammad Saddam Hosen
Mohammad Saddam Hosen is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Center for Research and Development Studies (CRDS) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. His main research focuses are in environmental impact and detection of social problems of the present situation. He is currently working with several organizations in addition to advancing common models already in use such as environmental and social development. Saddam Hosen undertakes research focusing on a diverse array of scientific questions relating to social welfare, ranging from basic social questions relating to life science, economics and environmental issues. Till 2017, Mr. Saddam has been involved with over 300+ different researches.
Mr. Saddam is graduated in Bachelor of Business Administration from Dhaka College, University of Dhaka with MBA degree in Management and another post graduate degree in Environmental Economics from School of Economics, University of Dhaka. He worked for 4 Years as a data analyst for RASP, who combined developed the first known Ban on Polythene in Bangladesh: Challenges and wayout. Saddam authored a paper titled ‘Dhaka a Walkable City’ which was published in Dhaka International University Journal. Moreover, Mr. Saddam gained acceptance to the Applied Statistics and Stata program at Institute of Statistical Research and Training (ISRT), University of Dhaka and his other training on Smart Office for Application from Institute of Information Technology (IIT), University of Dhaka. In additional to his research endeavors, Mr. Saddam is also Bangla Information Technology and Educational Society (BITES), post held in Research & Information Secretary of 2015, having taken on extra mentoring responsibilities to help underperforming graduate, post-graduate and Ph.D researcher obtain the assistance they need to rebound. He is the member Zoological Research for Innovative Advance of Bangladesh and currently is the Dhaka district president of Qalam Literary Society London, UK.
